Arturo Tallini (Guitar) – Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia, Rome

ARTURO TALLINI began his career winning several prizes in international competitions. The most prestigious are the First Prize at the Alessandria Guitar Competition (1987) and Third Prize at the Radio France Guitar Competition (1989), which enabled him to be admitted at the Ecole Normale de Musique A. Cortot in Paris where he got the License Superieur de Concertiste under the guide of Alberto Ponce.
Since 1994 he has been teaching in Italian Conservatories. Since 2007 he is Guitar Professor at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome.
He collaborates with internationally renowned artists like the guitarist Magnus Andersson, the singer Michiko Hirayama, the contemporary music ensemble Modus Novus Madrid, the Choir of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, the pianist Bruno Canino, and many others.
He has performed in Festivals and Concert series all over Europe and U.S.A, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia.
